UCT tourney cut short due to snow

The UCT High School Baseball Tournament was forced to cancel all its remaining games Saturday after the city was hit with a fresh batch of snow. Although the schedule was initially adjusted in an attempt to crown a champion, the snow and inclement weather continued into the afternoon, forcing organizers to call off the tournament. Hat High finished the round robin at 2-1-0, while Eagle Butte went 1-2-0 and McCoy finished 1-0-1 – with their final round robin game slated for Saturday morning. 4-3
