Mohawks pick up win over Clippers

Hat High’s boys rugby team improved to 2-1 on the season with a 29-10 win over LCI Wednesday.

At the Methanex Bowl, Lachlan Hardiker scored 14 points for the Mohawks, while Elijah Kava, Zack McGregor and Musa Suleman all added tries.

In the junior varsity game that followed, Hat High earned a 25-15 win.

Hat High’s next game is May 1 in Lethbridge against Winston Churchill. They’ve only got one more home date left before the zone championships in early June.
