Another powerlifter set national records

There were even more records set by Hat powerlifters at the Iron Challenge competition Saturday than we first realized. Mel Perron of the host Gas City CrossFit location claimed national Raw federation records in all three of her lifts. Perron, 43 and in the 90-plus kilogram division, put up a squat of 132.5 kilograms, a bench press of 75 kg and a deadlift of 155 kg. The News previously reported that Angela Lewis, Keanu Calderon, Mike Moorhead and Cherisse Martineau of Back Alley Fitness had set records 5-4
