Rangers take tournament title

Medicine Hat’s men’s indoor soccer season hit the half-way mark with a bang on the weekend, holding the Mid-season Megabowl Senior Tournament at the Family Leisure Centre.

The PBR Rangers beat the Alleycat Angels 6-4 in Sunday night’s final, getting four goals from Allan Siwela.

Lane Paichik and Garret Dutton also scored for the Rangers, while Connor Ismond, Joao Bastista, Guilherme Fuch and Jason Nzenbo replied for the Angels.

The under-19 Rattlers beat the Wild 7-1 for third place. Garren Ousterhuis had a hat trick while Tristen Milne, Dillan Stubbing, Caleb Lawson and Arlind Musliu added goals for the under-19 side. Vladimir Khazov had the Wild’s lone goal.
