Hatter Andi Suhai cracks two provincial ball squads

Andi Suhai is set to represent her province on the national stage with not one, but two separate Albertan ball teams.

The Medicine Hat junior AA All Star was named to both of Team Alberta’s 14-under and 16-under baseball teams ahead of the Western Canada Championships and Canadian Invitational Championships, respectively.

The pair of tournaments will take Suhai through a whirlwind trip across the nation. She will kick things off with Alberta 14-under squad at the Western Canada Championships in Spruce Grove from Aug. 16-19 before heading east to kick off the Canadian Invitational Championships in Bedford, N.S. from Aug. 23-26.

Fellow Hatter Libby Bourassa was also named to Alberta’s 14-under team, but was unable to compete at the national championship due to prior commitments.
