Injury seminar free next week

He works with athletes local and international, but physiotherapist Dustan Lang has the same goal for all of them: stay in the game and perform their best.

Lang’s giving a free seminar, sponsored by the Alberta Sport Development Centre Southeast, next Thursday at Medicine Hat College.

Titled “Sport Injuries: The Truth Hidden in Plain Sight,” Lang will focus on repetitive strain injuries and how athletes can train to avoid them.

With experience working on PGA, NHL, WHL and college athletes, Lang’s also been the head physiotherapist for both the Alberta Summer and Winter Games.

The seminar takes place in room S159 starting at 6:30 p.m. next Thursday, March 15.
