Devo keeps winning

Devo FC took over a commanding lead in the Medicine Hat Senior Men’s Indoor Soccer League with a pair of lopsided victories over the past week.

Lane Palichuk led Devo to a 6-1 win over the Wild on Thursday before Albert Brown stepped up with a five-goal performance in Devo’s 11-3 win over the Rattlers Under-17 squad Sunday to stretch a 10-point lead atop the standings at 13-0-1.

The Earls Phantoms kept on Devo’s heels with a 3-0 win over Ralston Thursday, leaving them at 10-4-0, while the Rattlers Under-18 squad defeated their younger counterparts 6-1.

The Wild bounced back with a 3-0 win over the Rattlers Under-18 team Sunday to leave them at 3-9-2, 11 points behind the 7-5-1 Under-18 squad.
