LAURENT BOURASSA

1940 ~ 2022
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Laurent Hector Bourassa, beloved husband of Catherine Josephine Bourassa, announce his passing at South Country Village in Medicine Hat on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at the age of 81 years. Along with Catherine, also left to cherish Laurent’s memory will be his two children: son, Doug Bourassa and his children, Lauren (Matt) Seitz and Justin Bourassa; daughter, Roxanne (Marty) Bourassa and their daughter, Melissa (Lane) Therriault. MARGARET ANNE REIMER

1953 – 2022

Anne Reimer passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer, January 29th 2022, at the age of 68.
She leaves to cherish her memory ten siblings, numerous nieces and nephews and many caring in laws.
Anne was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan and was the youngest of fifteen siblings. Shortly after graduation she moved to Alberta and worked her entire career in retail. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Anne enjoyed working in her yard and always has a soft spot for animals, especially her beloved puppy dogs.

REITA RUTH WILSON

September 5, 1934 – January 30, 2022

Reita Ruth Wilson of Redcliff passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at the age of 87 years.
Survived by her seven children; Sheila Bradford of Medicine Hat, Lindy Doyle, Russell Wilson and Jeff (Jeanine) Wilson of Redcliff, Don (Cathie) Snider, Deanne Wilson and Nancy (Jack) Wilson all of Sherwood Park; sister, Joan McIntosh of Ontario; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mom was predeceased by her parents; one brother; and two sisters.
Mom managed the Redcliff Library for 25 years, retiring at the age of 75, and knew generations of kids. She was a voracious reader, reluctant gardener, a very involved member of her church, Gordon Memorial United Church, and supportive of her community, even Citizen of the Year.
Mom and her three youngest children moved to Redcliff in 1976 and quickly became a valued member of the community. She will be sadly missed by her family and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Medicine Hat SPCA, Diabetes Canada, or your local library.
A service and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
