1936 ~ 2021

It is with heavy hearts that Henry and the family announce the passing of their dear wife, mother and grandmother, Lucille Annie Anton (nee Metz) on Sunday, July 4, 2021, at the age of 85 years, two days before their 66th Wedding Anniversary. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Henry; children, David, Dianne, Jim, Jane (Gary), Nancy (Garry), Bill (Wanda), Pat (Kelvin), Ted (Angie), Donna (Brian), Alison and Robin; as well as all our grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Lucille will be interred in Saskatchewan on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Bastad Church Cemetery located half a mile from the family farm where she spent most of her life raising the family. 1922 ~ 2021
Olinda “Mickey” Treiber of Medicine Hat passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at the age of 98 years, beloved wife of the late Jacob Treiber. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the church on Friday from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held in Victory Lutheran Church (2793 Southview Drive SE) on Friday July 9, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
