1928 ~ ALMA SCHNEIDER ~ 2020

Alma Schneider passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at the age of 91 years, beloved wife of Adolf Schneider of Redcliff. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday from 12:00 – 12:55 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. RUSSELL WAYNE RITCHEY

April 1, 1951 – March 12, 2020
Russ was born in Medicine Hat, where he lived and worked as a steam engineer most of his life. About 6 years ago, he moved to Kamloops to be closer to his sister, and remained there until his passing.
Russ was predeceased by his parents; Cecilia Ritchey (Kramer) and Bob Ritchey and his granddaughter Emma Hoffman. He is survived by his sister Carol Ritchey, daughter Cora-Lee Gray (Darcy), son Jason Ritchey, daughter Nicole Hoffman (Tyler), grandson Justin Ritchey, granddaughter Samantha McKay, grandson Ethan Hoffman, and great-granddaughter Desiray Dunn. Russ loved old westerns, action movies and a good "smoke". Russ also had a sweet tooth.
Russ will be cremated, without the proceedings of a formal service. A private family memorial will take place this summer.
