It was during this time that Mike started to display symptoms of what would later be diagnosed as ALS. Immediately after this diagnosis, the doctor told Mike and Bonnie “whatever you wanna see or do, do it now.” With this, they decided to fulfill their dream and moved to Thailand. The family enjoyed five wonderful months of Thailand’s beauty and the company of many visitors from all over the world.
