Anita loved shopping for jewellry – had to be bling, having her hair done and nails painted, dressing nicely, and all her teddie bears and stuffies. She could hardly wait for the new Avon book to come out and loved Fridays when all the newspaper flyers came. Everyone who knew Anita knows how strong willed she could be, but that was Anita! She had a great sense of humor, a hearty laugh and a smile that could light up a room. She also had a great love of music and singing. Anita’s home for the past 3 years was the 13th Avenue Group Home. She impacted so many lives and all staff who knew and cared for her loved her and she will be sadly missed by all.
