1927 ~ BERNICE JANS ~ 2017

Bernice Dorothy Jans of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Walter Jans, passed away on Saturday, September 2nd, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so today at VICTORY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2793 Southview Drive SE, from 9:30 until 10:25 a.m. The Funeral Service will be held today at VICTORY LUTHERAN CHURCH at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Jim Bredeson officiating. 1936 ~ 2017
Dorothy Sayler was born on November 5, 1936 near Maple Creek, Saskatchewan and entered into rest on August 29, 2017 in Lacombe, Alberta at the age of 80 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Bev (Ron) Saylor of Lethbridge, Bevin (Sharon) Sayler of Rocky Mountain House, Deborah (Terry) Gallant of Lacombe and Terrance (Candace) Sayler of Lacombe; grandchildren: Jeff (Angelica) Saylor, Daphne (Glen) Shelton, Travis (Lindsay) Sayler, Loralie (Rorik) Frape, Tiara-Lynn (Jay) Adams, Jordan (Deidra) Gallant, and Caelan Sayler; great-grandchildren: Lily, Bria, Fallon, Peyton, Shane, Reuben, Kyler, Fenton, Rohen, Asher and Avery; brother Don (Elaine) Winkler of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and sister Evelyn (Bill) Plumber of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Vern; sisters Polly and Freida; and brothers Leonard, Dave and Walter. A Service honouring the life of Dorothy took place at the Ponoka Funeral Home on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Interment in the Lacombe Fairview Cemetery.
