LETHBRIDGE, Alta. – A spokesman for Alberta Court of King’s Bench says two of four men charged with conspiracy to commit murder at a blockade at the Canada-U.S. border crossing in Coutts, Alta., in 2022 have pleaded guilty to lesser charges.
