REGINA – The Saskatchewan government has introduced legislation that it says would enable it to stop collecting the federal carbon tax on natural gas bills. It says the legislation would protect employees and board members of SaskEnergy, a provincial Crown corporation, from legal consequences. More coming. 4-3
