COVID outbreak at Medicine Hat Regional Hospital declared over by AHS

A COVID-19 outbreak in acute care at Medicine Hat Regional Hospital is now over. On Jan. 14 an outbreak was declared on one unit at MHRH after three patients linked to this specific unit tested positive for COVID-19. On Wednesday Alberta Health Services reported 35 patients with COVID-19 in hospitals in the South zone. Of that number a total of five are at Medicine Hat Regional Hospital.
