Inter generational literature program launches for students and seniors

The Lifelong Education and Resource Network is looking to join the creative minds of seniors in long-term care and high school students living with dementia in a collaborative story building program.

Imagination Alive Book 3 Launch allows students and seniors to work together to write imaginative stories.

“This is a magical combination that has resulted in pure joy for everyone involved,” says Deborah Forbes with LEARN.

The two-hour program with coffee and snacks runs June 12 at Masterpiece Southland Meadows from 3-5 p.m. To RSVP, email learn@mhc.ab.ca.
