Spray parks at Kiwanis, Strathcona open for season

Hatters rejoice, spray parks are opening for the season today. The city announced Thursday that spray parks at Strathcona Island and Kiwanis Central parks are open for the summer season. The Ross Glen Town Centre and Saamis Rotary spray parks will follow, opening May 24. All spray parks will operate from 1-7 p.m. daily, in accordance with phase one of the parks and recreation’s water conservation measures. The city advises that mechanical issues may occasionally delay the operation of some spray park features. City crews will address any issues as quickly as possible. 6-5
