Kristine Huff made her fist appearance in the Alberta Court Justice on Wednesday facing two charges involving theft and fraud from the Redcliff Legion over a two-year period.
Huff is charged with one count of fraud over $5,000 as she is accused of defrauding the Legion for a total of $63,749.30 between March 2020 and March 2022.
Huff is also charged with theft over $5,000 for stealing money that exceeded $5,000 between the same time as her first charge.
Huff is scheduled to appear in Alberta Court Justice again May 8.
