Calling all Pokemon trainers for upcoming nature walk

If you’re looking to catch ’em all, then gather your Pokeballs and get ready to join Medicine Hat’s Interpretive Program to explore Police Point Park to search for wild Pokemon. The Pokemon GO-inspired nature walk will allow trainers to find their favourite Pokemon while also learning about some of their real life counterparts in nature. There will also be a chance to learn about some of the notable PokeStops that can be found in Police Point Park. Organizers are asking participants to wear comfortable walking shoes and to dress for the weather. The walk begins at 1 p.m. on April 13 at the Nature Centre and will take about an hour and a half to complete. The nature walk is free, however organizers are asking participants to register online at natureline.info or over the phone at 403-529-6225. 7-6
