Nominations open for Bow Island council byelection

@MedicineHatNews Nominations are now open to fill a vacant seat on Bow Island town council. Coun. Lyle Tuchscher resigned from the position Jan. 26 in a letter to council that was accepted Feb. 12. This week, council approved the process that would have a byelection held May 15. Nomination day would be held April 17 with the nomination period beginning immediately. The next general municipal election in Alberta will be held in October 2025 7-6
