RCMP investigates bomb threat turned hoax

The Redcliff RCMP have deemed a bomb threat Thursday was a hoax. The local RCMP unit says they were alerted to a bomb threat made on social media regarding a Dunmore address Thursday night at 8:53 p.m. RCMP officers attended the scene and after completing their investigation, and deemed the threat was a hoax. The Redcliff RCMP say they are continuing the investigation into the source of the threat. If anyone has any information regarding this crime, they are asked to contact the RCMP at 403-548-2288.
