Mounties are looking for suspects and a potential connection between several break and enters in Burstall, Leader and Eatonia, Sask. this month.

Most recently on July 15, culprits went through an exterior wall of a business at Eatonia to steal an automatic teller machine, parts of which were later found in a rural area nearby.

Leader RCMP officers also responded on July 3 to business alarm in the town at 5 a.m. and found thieves made off with an amount of coins.

Three days later, on July 6, two suspects damaged an exterior wall of a Burstall business and stole a cash machine and cigarettes. The empty machine was later recovered.

The Kindersley detachment stated the July 15 robbery took place at 3:40 a.m. and involved two apparently male suspects driving a black Chevy Avalanche. One wore dark jeans and grey loafer-style shoes, and the other, light cargo pants, a dark sweater and ball cap with glasses on the brim. Both wore balaclava-style face coverings and gloves (possibly welding gloves).

Officers in Leader and Kindersley are investigating and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the culprits. In Saskatchewan, local detachments are reached by dialing 310-RCMP, or in Alberta, call local police directly.
