Dunmore Equestrian Society to break ground on Community Ranch Arena with celebration

The Dunmore Equestrian Society will begin work on its new Community Ranch Arena with an official ground-breaking ceremony next Wednesday. After driving shovels into the dirt at 4:15 p.m., the Dunmore Equestrian Society will host an equestrian arena exhibition at 4:45 p.m., followed by a beer gardens with dinner and cocktails at 5:45 p.m. “We would like to thank everyone who has helped us from the first shovel of dirt to raising the funds to start construction of this much needed community arena in Cypress County,” reads a release from the Dunmore Equestrian Society. The Community Ranch Arena will be located beside the outdoor Dunmore Equestrian Centre. The ground breaking comes just a few weeks after Dunmore unveiled its new EDF Outdoor Recreation Centre on May 26, billed as a year-round facility for sports, events and more. 6-5
