MHPS looking for help identifying two males

The Medicine Hat Police Service is seeking assistance from the public to identify two males believed to be involved in a serious assault.

Police say the assault occurred outside a local hotel during the evening of May 12.

The MHPS Criminal Investigation Section is investigating and is asking for anyone who can identify the individuals to contact Const. Adam Johnston at 403-529-8481, or by email adajoh@mhps.ca. Tips can also be submitted through the MHPS website or mobile app that is free to download and available for both Apple and Android devices.

Police respond to sudden death

The MHPS were on scene of a sudden death in the 2100 block of 24th Street SE on Wednesday.

No further information was released by the police at press time other than asking people to avoid the area while they conduct their investigation.
