Police ask for assistance locating assault suspects

Police are looking for two men who fled the scene of a “serious assault” late Friday night near Ross Glen and are asking for any home security camera footage that may have caught their escape.

Medicine Hat police say they responded to the assault, at the rear of the Medicine Hat Lodge on Dunmore Road at about 11 p.m. on May 12.

They believe two men left on foot in the direction of Ross Glen Drive and Redwood Court wearing dark hooded sweatshirts, one in dark shorts and the other in dark pants with a white logo on one leg.

Homeowners in the vicinity are asked to check doorbell cam footage from about that time. Any one with information about the incident should call the MHPS criminal investigations section at 403-529-8481.
