Boiler breakdown forces closure of Crestwood Pool and Rec Centre

The closure could last three weeks, according to department officials, who are in the process of rescheduling swim lessons and adding additional times at Big Marble Go Centre. Passes will be honoured there until repairs are completed. Equipment and parts for a planned replacement in July are already delivered, a release states. Since the boiler regulates both the pool and building temperature, the entire facility will be closed for the duration of the work. 5-4
