Broncs and Honky Tonks Spring Rodeo starts Friday

It’s time for rodeo fans to dust off their cowboy hats and kick on their boots, Stampede and rodeo season is about to get underway in 2023.

The Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede’s first event of the season is this weekend with the Broncs and Honky Tonks Spring Rodeo, beginning Friday.

The spring rodeo held at the Stampede Fieldhouse runs Friday to Sunday with the Down in the Dirt Dance to follow and the farm exhibition trade show running alongside.

Tickets can be purchased at mhstampede.com or at the Exhibition & Stampede office, Friday and Saturday’s rodeos get underway at 7 p.m. with Sunday’s set for 1:30 p.m.
