Hatter hits it big on BINGO scratch ticket

A Medicine Hatter had her numbers called on Christmas morning, and has cashed out for $100,000.

Lainee Cross Child was scratching a BINGO instant lottery ticket on Christmas morning and initially thought she had won $100 until she double checked the ticket on an app.

“I ran out of my room to the bathroom and got sick,” Cross Child says in an AGLC release. “This is so much money!”

The ticket – which was claimed in late February – was purchased as a gift by Cross Child’s father from Riverside Gas King on Third Street NE on Dec. 23.

Cross Child says she plans to put the money toward purchasing a home.
