AHS closing big COVID clinic in Lethbridge

Alberta Health Services is closing its major COVID assessment and immunization clinic in Lethbridge, moving the activities to a community health centre in that city nearly three years after the start of the pandemic.

Large scale operations were housed at the Lethbridge & District Exhibition grounds, but this week South Health Zone officials announced operations there would end after Sunday, Feb. 12.

COVID testing, assessment and immunizations will be conducted after that date at the Lethbridge Community Health Unit at 801 First Ave. S.
