Feds to open PrairiesCan office in Lethbridge

https://www.medicinehatnews.com@MedicineHatNews LETHBRIDGE Federal government officials will open the newest branch office to the PrairiesCan ministry, formally Western Canada Economic Diversification, in Lethbridge on Thursday. A press release states that Minister Dan Vandal will attend the event and “outline a wide range of economic development initiatives across various sectors to bolster jobs and growth in the Lethbridge region.” Also expected to attend are Taber-Warner MLA Grant Hunter, Lethbridge Mayor Blain Hyggen, the heads of Lethbridge College, the University of Lethbridge, the Alberta Sugar Beet Growers, the Galt Museum and the Lethbridge and District Exhibition. 6-5
