StoryWalk begins Jan. 27 at Police Point Park

The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program and Medicine Hat Public Library are inviting Hatters to share in their collaborative winter StoryWalk, available at Police Point Park from Jan. 27 to Feb. 28. StoryWalk is a free family-friendly activity which promotes outdoor learning as it invites Hatters to traverse park trails while reading along with a children’s story posted beside the trails. The story featured in the upcoming StoryWalk is Mice Skating by Annie Silvestro, which tells the tale of a tiny mouse with an abundance of passion for skating. StoryWalk participants are invited to visit the Police Point Park Nature Centre following completion of the walk to receive a prize coupon redeemable at MHPL.
