Gas City Roller Derby hosting pair of public skates

There are two public skates in December hosted by the Gas City Roller Derby Association. The public skates will now be at the YMCA of Medicine Hat and the cost to skate has increased to $5 due to the change of venue.

The first public skate will be Saturday from 6:30-8 p.m., with the next one on Dec. 17 at the same times.

If you forget your water, it can be purchased from the YMCA. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and everyone who attends must sign a waiver before skating. Roller blades or roller skates are welcome. The association has some gear available to borrow free of charge.
