Registration opens for July 18 Great Big Pedal

Registration is now open for the Great Big Pedal, an annual community bike ride hosted by Bike Medicine Hat and Tourism Medicine Hat.

The event, July 18 at 6 p.m. in Kin Coulee, also kicks off Bike Week to promote active, alternative transportation.

With three routes of varying lengths, the Great Big Pedal is open to cyclists of all ages and skill levels.

Following the ride, attendees are invited to grab a bite at various food trucks which will be on-site. The first 150 people who register for the event will get a $5 voucher to be used at any food truck in attendance.
