Self defence class will raise money for rabbit rescues

Two local businesses have teamed up to show their support for Medicine Hat’s Bunny Run Rabbit Rescue through a community fundraising event.

Infinite Self Defence Systems and Sway Aerial Fitness have partnered to host a women’s self defence class, where 100 per cent of the proceeds raised will go to care of local rescued rabbits.

The event is open to women aged 18 plus, as well as youth aged 12-17 with guardian consent. Registration required at a discounted cost of $50 per person. Spaces are limited.

The event takes place June 4 from 3-5 p.m. at Sway Aerial Fitness.
