Underpass makeover thanks to Pop-up Parks

Medicine Hat’s Second Street underpass will be getting a makeover May 14 and 15 as the Southern Alberta Pop-up Parks Association installs new art.

The underpass will remain open to pedestrian traffic and the public is encouraged to watch the artists as they work.
