Resident with photo evidence of parking lot collision seeks author of Ticked Off

A Medicine Hat man contacted the News recently about a being caught in a Catch-22 after attempting to do his civic duty.

He took a picture of a car leaving the scene of an accident downtown after it hit a parked vehicle while leaving a coffee shop.

He attempted to submit the info to the police department, but without an accident report from the owner of the damaged car, they are at a standstill.

As luck would have it, such an incident was described in the Oct. 21 edition of “Ticked off and Tickled Pink” by the aggrieved party.

However, editors at the News have found that no name or contact information was attached to the specific submission.
