Employers have until Jan. 29 to submit applications for federal funding for summer jobs. The Canada Summer Jobs program will provide up to 120,000 job opportunities for young Canadians in 2021, about a 50 per cent increase over last year. Not-for-profit organizations, private and public-sector organizations, with 50 full-time employees or less, can start preparing their applications now to hire a young Canadian. The CSJ program provides 100 per cent wage subsidy for those earning minimum wage for not-for-profit employers and up to 75 per cent coverage for private and public-sector employers hiring full-time or part-time employees. https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/funding/gcos.html 6
