Coulee Ridge ‘town hall’ meeting moves to online format over weather

By Medicine Hat News on October 15, 2020.

A planned in-person “town hall” meeting at the new community of Coulee Ridge later this week has been forced online by inclement weather, the developer has told the News.

“We figured that the wind and noise in the tent and construction work (nearby) might be an issue, so we’ll be going on to Zoom (video conferencing,” said Don Sandford, the head of Enclave.

Instead, interested parties can find more information about the conference call at the development’s website for the 11 a.m. session on Friday.

Enclave Ventures has been marketing the subdivision that is being built above the Seven Persons Coulee, near Saamis Heights, since last winter. It is now nearing completion of utility servicing on a first phase ahead of handoff to builders planned for this fall.

The meeting this week was to update lot buyers and builders about progress, general timelines, access roads and other issues, such as school zoning. That was set to take place in a tent on site of the development dubbed an experience centre that was open to the public during the recent Parade of Homes event.
