City opens Hill Pool, with pre-registration required

The swimming pool on the Southeast Hill is now open for the public to enjoy.

If you want to visit the pool you will need to register in advance, and information to do this is available on the city’s website, medicinehat.ca.

For information and to purchase a Stay Safe Pass that is accepted at this location, you can call 403-502-8566.

Change rooms and washrooms will be open for public use. These areas will be cleaned and maintained on a strict schedule. Staff will help ensure physical distancing measures are followed in and out of the pool.

Residents are reminded to stay home when sick and to continue following AHS guidelines.

The city is continuing to review operational guidelines in order to safely reopen Crestwood Recreation Centre with an anticipated opening in the fall.
