Hat, Brooks still at one case

Forty-eight new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Alberta Wednesday — 13 more than Tuesday — bringing the number of active cases in the province to 486.

Medicine Hat and Brooks both remain at one active case of the virus, while Cypress County and the County of Newell have no active cases.

Lethbridge is up to seven active cases, with the surrounding county sitting at three.

Thirty-eight of the cases in Alberta require hospitalization, with seven patients in intensive care.
