Ski season ends early at Hidden Valley as COVID-19 crisis continues

The COVID-19 response has brought and end to the ski season at Cypress Hills. Alberta Parks announced on the weekend that along with several other facility notices, the ski hill near Elkwater would close to the public after Sunday. Other restrictions across the province included public visits to the Bow Habitat Station and other fish hatcheries, the public facilities at the Canmore Nordic Centre and other lodges across this province. Other privately run ski hills are enacting measures as well. Residents are encouraged to check with particular destination. 5-4
