City resurfacing two streches of road; one downtown, one in the northwest

Starting today, the city will be resurfacing a couple roads: Fourth Street SE, from McLeod Trail to Fifth Avenue, and Hargrave Way, from Seventh Street NW to Herald Drive. This will require the removal of the top 50 mm of asphalt and then placing the new asphalt on top, which could take more than a week. It is important that the public obey all construction and temporary speed signs while this work is being undertaken. The timing of the work also depends on the weather. 5-4
