A 19-year-old Medicine Hat woman is facing charges after being found in possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and weapons that included a baseball bat modified with several nails/screws and chains.
Medicine Hat Police report that their patrol section arrested the woman on the afternoon of June 10.
As a result of the investigation a quantity of methamphetamine and cocaine was seized, along with $2,360 in Canadian currency, a can of bear spray and two baseball bats — one of which was modified.
Emily Hogben has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, two counts of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and possession of proceeds of crime.
She has been remanded in custody for a court appearance today.
