Library event to break down the ins and outs of vaccination

The pros, cons, myths and misconceptions about vaccinations is the topic for an event on Monday at Medicine Hat Public Library from 7-9 p.m.

The speakers include Dr. Jason Schneider, local naturopathic doctor, and Dr. Lena Derie-Gillespie, medical officer of health Alberta Health Services south-zone.

Organizer Danielle Hillier believes this information could benefit the community and help to eliminate stereo-types, discrimination and help to rectify some of the misconceptions regarding vaccination.
