Dementia therapy sessions being offered at Medicine Hat Esplanade

Medicine Hat News A dementia therapy program is being offered in Medicine Hat on Jan. 23, Feb. 6 and Feb. 20. The Love of Art takes place at the Esplanade galleries and discovery centre. It costs $8 to attend all three sessions. The workshops have been tailored to the needs of people with early and mid-stage memory loss and their care partners. Participants will have a chance to learn something new, engage in meaningful conversations and connect with friends over coffee and treats. Reservations can be made with the Alzheimer’s Society at 403-528-2700 as space is limited. 7-6
