Crime Stoppers investigating break-and-enter

Medicine Hat News Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance with a break and enter incident in Elkwater. Sometime between Aug. 10 and Aug. 14 a person or persons unknown broke into a property and stole $25,000 worth of household items, including a mounted horned owl, porcupine and bear skull. The break and enter occurred at cabin/ resort at Elkwater Provincial Park near the outdoor hockey rink. Potential witnesses are asked to call the Redcliff RCMP at 403-548-2288. 4-3
