Mile High Tri set for this weekend

Medicine Hat News The annual Mile High Tri triathlon is taking place at Elkwater this weekend. It is the seventh year for the event, which puts people through a 500-metre swim, 17.2-kilometre bike ride and a seven-kilometre run through Cypress Hills.
