Electric generation facility almost done

It is one year since the official sod-turning of the new electric generation facility near Box Springs, and it is nearing completion.

All equipment has now been delivered. In the past few months the LM6000 mechanical assembly was completed. Significant progress has been made including the process building and connection of the 16L transmission line to the MHS-16 substation, which will be energized this month.

An official opening is likely in October.
