The MHPS announced it is searching for a man after robbing a Mac's in the NE part of the city.
The Medicine Hat Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a male suspect after a Mac’s convenience store was robbed early Sunday morning.
After entering the store located in the northeast part of the city, the man presented a weapon and demanded money, before leaving the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
The man’s face was partially covered by a red and white bandana, and he is described as approximately 30 years old, Caucasian with a heavier set build. The man was wearing a black hoodie jacket, black sweat pants with white striping running down the legs, white gloves and a white backpack with blue rope style pull straps.
The MHPS deployed the K-9 unit, but could not locate the man.
According the MHPS press release, no one was hurt during the incident.
